Who I am

Danielle Mitchell Devon, UK hello@daniellemitchell.me

What information I collect

  • Membership account details if you sign up through a Member Area, including your name, email address, and login credentials

  • Payment information if you purchase a paid product or service. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or Squarespace Payments); I do not store your card details myself

  • Usage data, such as pages visited, time on site, and general browsing behaviour, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools

  • Communications, including any emails, messages, or forms you send me directly

How I use your information

I use your information to:

  • Deliver the content, resource, or service you signed up for

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, I rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent, for email marketing and non-essential cookies

This may include essential cookies (needed for the site and Member Areas to function) and analytics cookies (to understand visitor behaviour). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how parts of the Website work.

How long I keep your data

I keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Payment and invoicing records are kept in line with UK tax and accounting requirements, typically six years.
